Dance Church: trademarked name?

Hello All--

A friend and I want to start a Sunday Celebration Dance in our town, and we were hoping to use the name "Dance Church" for it. Is this a trademarked practice, or can we use the name? The dance is free and for the community.

    Dance Church is not a trademarked practice. It has been in continuous use since 2001 by the 418 Project in Santa Cruz for their Sunday morning dance jam. Other Dance Churches now exist in San Luis Obispo, San Diego, and Denver. Please add your Dance Church to the listings on the Barefoot Dances and Related Listings web site at:
